Breakfasts like this can’t even any better – it’s just too simple! This concoction is typically whipped up right before I begin my nighttime routine, so it’s an easy grab and go in the morning. If you’re like me, morning meals are a must! Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup oat milk (+ more if necessary in the morning)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in jar and stir well
- Leave in fridge overnight in an airtight container
- Stir again before serving. If too thick, slowly add extra oat milk in the morning and stir well until desired consistency
- Top with your favorites – some of mine are berries, sunflower seed butter, and Manuka honey! Makes 2 servings
