Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Breakfasts like this can’t even any better – it’s just too simple! This concoction is typically whipped up right before I begin my nighttime routine, so it’s an easy grab and go in the morning. If you’re like me, morning meals are a must! Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 cup oat milk (+ more if necessary in the morning)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in jar and stir well
  • Leave in fridge overnight in an airtight container
  • Stir again before serving. If too thick, slowly add extra oat milk in the morning and stir well until desired consistency
  • Top with your favorites – some of mine are berries, sunflower seed butter, and Manuka honey! Makes 2 servings
